Alh. Abdul-Aziz Sani, our Principal Consultant, served as Secretary to the Land Use Allocation Committee and Assistant Director of Lands in Kwara State. He managed public land acquisition, compensation payments, and resettlement efforts.

Kogi LG Asset Valuation

We valued assets for newly created Local Governments in Kogi State. Our reports formed the basis for sharing between LGs like Okehi/Adavi and Kabba Bunu/Ijumu, under government-appointed committees.
